Launch community based Eco-Tourism projects including “Hike To Pike” to establish Manchester North Eastern as a premier hiking destination.

Expand Overseas H2B Employment Opportunities to Constituents in addition to the Farmwork Program.

Re-establish and expand Skills Training and Job placement including the Knox Cobbla skill training center in association with the Heart/NSTA Trust.

Establish Manchester North Eastern as a trusted local Business Process Outsourcing Hub (BPO) for Global Service Outsourcing.

Expand the Christiana Economic Development Area from Cross Roads in the South to Straun in the North.

Establish three (3) RADA Extension Offices.
